Yin & Flow

Regeneration as a conscious balance to training and everyday life

Regeneration for body and nervous system

Arrive. Breathe. Let go.

Yin & Flow is a 60-minute evening session designed for people who want to give their bodies dedicated time to regenerate. The session provides a balance to an active daily life and intensive training.

Through calming Yin yoga postures, gentle transitions, and conscious breathing, the nervous system is soothed, flexibility is improved, and tension can be released. The class concludes with a guided deep relaxation.
