Full energy for the whole day
The Power Hour group fitness class offers you an energizing start to your day. A 5-minute warm-up of the joints is followed by dynamic stretching to awaken the body. Then, there's an intense full-body workout for 45 minutes to get you moving. Finally, 10 minutes are allocated for regenerative stretching or the use of a foam roller. This helps relax the muscles and prepares your body optimally for the day ahead.
